The Rock Regional Observatory is New South Wales newest observatory, located in the town of The Rock, Lockhart Shire which is 32 km south of the city of Wagga Wagga.

Run by Volunteers
The Rock Regional Observatory is run by volunteers from The Rock Progress Association and amateur astronomers. New Volunteers are always welcomed.
